Return Policy

We apologize that your purchase was unsatisfactory…

We will gladly issue a refund with the following requirements:


  • We must receive your Return Request within 7 Days of receipt of merchandise
  • You MUST email info@kellynishimoto.com for an RA # (return authorization) or call 323.664.2600 for an RA # over the phone.
  • Merchandise must be UNWORN and returned in its original condition.
  • You understand that you are responsible for all shipping charges unless fault lies on Kelly Nishimoto...             in which case you will receive a credit in the same form in which you paid.
  • Please state in the email or on the phone why you are requesting a refund...
  • All Returns must be received in our offices within 10 days of the issued RA#.
  • You have several return options. The least expensive is USPS flat rate box. Please insure your return. Again, we are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, or merchandise damaged in transit. If something goes wrong with the delivery of your return, a claim with the shipping company must be made and reimbursement must be paid by them.

 

Once we receive your return, we check for the following before a refund is issued:

  • Soiled or worn Pant Leg Bottoms
  • Deodorant Stains
  • Foreign Odors
  • Soiled Crotch Areas
  • Altered or Cut Merchandise
  • Perfume Smells or Scents from being Worn, Laundered, or Dry-Cleaned

 

Your RA # must be clearly written on the return package or Return will NOT be accepted. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for properly shipping merchandise back. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, or merchandise that has been damaged in transit.

All items are produced in small quantities in Los Angeles, CA USA, to ensure the highest quality merchandise reaches our customers. Because of these small production runs, there may be slight variations in colors, fabric, & fit.

 

Coupon Codes

 

If you mistakenly forget to enter your valid Coupon Code at the time of checkout, you may call or email our offices within 24 hours and we will correct your order total. Your correction may appear as a refund. All Refunds should appear on your credit card statement within 7-10 business days.  If you are purchasing more than 4 items, a better price may be authorized if you call and place a phone order through our office (323.664.2600).


Shipping, Processing, Handling

 

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 Hours after receiving your order. However, there are exceptions. If you order on a Friday after 4 pm, your order may not be seen by our staff until the following Monday morning…and therefore shipped on that Wednesday. If you receive a shipping conformation email after 4 pm…your order may not ship until the following business day. Holidays, Bad weather, out-of-stock items, and other unforeseen mishaps could also cause delays in shipping your order

 

UPS Ground & USPS Flat Rate Boxes usually arrive within 4 business days after the package is shipped.  All others should be self explanatory.

 

Customer Reviews

 

We often offer our customers a Free Gift when a positive customer review is left on our shopping site. Free Gifts sent for these customer reviews are done at our leisure and when product is available. If more than 1 positive review is made, an upgraded gift may be sent at the digression of Kelly Nishimoto.
